G'day. My name is David and I've lived in Brisbane for 10 years to date. I drive trucks for a living and I'm never behind in bills or rent. I have actually recently purchased an investment property myself.
I'm originally from the Darling Downs in the Toowoomba/Clifton area.
I'm ex military so I'm used to living to a respectable tidy standard. I've lived in quite a few share houses over the years, so it's nothing new to me.
I'm neat, respectful and get along with anyone. I don't mind a beer but I'm not a party goer. I can commit to 6 months plus. Looking for mid to long term stable accomodation.
Some of my hobbies include playing guitar, gym, rugby league, ⚽.

I have a king sized bed so ideally I would like to be able to fit that into the room I occupy so I'd like an unfurnished room.
I have a dual electric recliner I could contribute to the house too if space permits. Ideally a 4-5metre length x 3 metre width room with aircon would be ideal but I would settle for a ceiling fan.
