My name is Mario, I am 38 YO moving from Queenstown NZ to Perth early to mid-Jan 2024

A bit about me:
I am a business broker in New Zealand moving the business to WA. Will have a flexible schedule between visiting clients in the regional Perth area + doing some admin work from home or co-working places. Previously, I had a career in hoteI management with The Ritz Carlton which took me around the world for about 16 years: Cayman Islands, Singapore, Puerto Rico, and last 8 years in New Zealand.

Currently I own my home in Queenstown for the last 5 years which I am now selling. Previously I used to live in shared households with females only, mixed, or couples. I adapt easy and make friends.

I engaged the services of a relocation specialist in Perth, so I have all the references, police clearance, financial and rental / home ownership background, and other documents ready to secure a rental.

I am arriving with my trusty companion Harvey, an adorable 3 YO Maltese Shitsu who is house trained and loves the company of other furry friends.

I tend to wake-up early, go for a cycle or exercise. Not a party animal by any stretch of imagination. I do enjoy a social brunch and a chat.

I can gladly help around the house, assist you with your pets when you are away and collaborate to create a pleasant home environment.

Looking for:
- A mature yet relaxed household
- Preferably not more than 2 other people
- A room with own bathroom ideally
- Tidy house
- No issues with other pets in the house (happy to help looking after them when I'm home)

Location:
- I am flexible as I don't need to be in a specific office location daily; so NOR, SOR, central or more on the outskirts all good.
- Must be safe location
- Nice to have: proximity to park or beach; well connected to some kind of transport link;
