Hi, I'm Kate! I’m on the lookout for a sharehouse to move into, or if anyone’s interested, I’d love to team up and start one together. I’m a uni student (going into my second year) studying Business and I also work part-time. I’m easygoing, love a good chat, and am always up for a laugh. In my spare time, you’ll usually find me going for beach walks or experimenting with baking. I would love to move into a place where the people will have roomie hang outs!

I’ve been living in a shared flat for the past year, and I can provide rental references. I have always paid rent on time and maintained a clean and respectful living space.

I am flexible with move in dates from December to early February.
