To accommodate just myself (and then one night per week, potentially 2 nights a fortnight, my daughter- almost 4 years old.

Looking for anywhere between 6 to 12 months accommodation or thereabouts.
Just myself, although my lovely little daughter of 3 years and 10 months stays over night the Thursday nights. She is generally over late afternoon hours after a big day out, on the Thursday and then she stays the night Thursdays into the Friday morning, after i then drop her off to daycare. The other 6 nights of the week is to then accommodate myself. Preferred areas: Coolangatta, Currumbin/Currumbin Waters, Elanora, Varsity Lakes, Mudgeeraba.

Notes about self:
Dad of a 3 year old daughter, uber/rideshare driver for current self employment own driving business 6 days per week. Intend on making this part time in 2027 when or after my new Support Worker career takes off as the main one.
Enjoys going to the gym (occasionally) wherever can, cooking , meditating, outdoor activities, finding new walking trails, plays an instrument although the guitar is in my storage unit which says a lot, and most importantly spending quality time with my daughter, Winnie, by either taking her to the park or her favourite indoor playground.
Very clean in the kitchen and cleans up after self (contact reference 'Shakira' former flatmate for feedback . Originally from Sydney but had moved up to the northern rivers in 2020. Resided in the lovely town of Murwillumbah during 2020-2023 and has since moved over the QLD border side for better employment reasons and personal situation factors.
Generally living basic furnished nowadays and all i would need is a bed frame and mattress provided, though i can provide my own bedside table etc. Would just need the bed provided please if the ideal roomate/s has one spare.
