Hi, Ryan here. I'm a full-time professional working in Sydney and currently looking for a room for long-term rental.

I work as a Technical Operations Engineer in a hybrid role, usually going into the office 2–3 days a week and working from home for the remaining days. I work standard business hours, Monday to Friday, typically between 8:00 or 9:00 AM and 4:30 or 5:30 PM.

I'm easy-going, respectful, and enjoy a quiet and comfortable home environment. During the week, I usually keep a regular routine with work, exercise, and relaxing at home. I enjoy going for runs, watching movies, and occasionally catching up with friends on weekends.

I've been living in Australia for several years and have plenty of experience with shared accommodation. I understand the importance of being a considerate and reliable housemate.

I'm clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I cook simple meals, clean up after myself, and always do my part to help maintain a pleasant living environment. I value open communication, mutual respect, and a peaceful household.
