Hi there,

I’m currently working as a bookkeeper in Southport and would like a smaller place to stay with my cat as I’m leaving a relationship.

I can provide references from real estate agents for me and my cat as I have been renting. I’m looking for a place to share with someone as I will be focusing on increasing my savings and not having a whole place by myself.

I have my own furniture including washing machine & fridge, so we won’t have to share if that what you prefer. However, I’m also open to share with what you already have.

I’m quiet, respectful and keep to myself at home. I also don’t like to party and smoke.

I clean after my cat and keep her entertained indoors, so she stays happy and has never damaged anything.
