I’m a 26-year-old single female, non-smoker, with no pets or children. I’m originally from England and have been living and working in Australia for the past few years. I’m relocating to Sydney for a Cluster Retail Manager role, based in Bondi Junction, with my start date on 18th October.

Ideally, I’m hoping to move in from the 14th of January, but I can be flexible if needed. I work full-time and live a busy lifestyle, however at home I really value a clean, tidy, and respectful living environment. I’m quiet yet friendly and enjoy a calm, peaceful household.

My interests include food, sewing, coffee, nature, and photography. I’m looking for a longer-term living arrangement, though I’m happy with a minimum of 6 months. I’m seeking a female-only flat or house share, ideally close to public transport as I don’t drive.

I’m more than happy to provide previous rental or character references if required.
