Ricky and Benita

Hi! We’re Benita and Ricky, a friendly and respectful couple relocating from Adelaide to Perth on 25 July, looking for a place to call home.

I recently completed my Master’s degree in IT, and my partner is currently working. We have been renting through a Ray White real estate agency in Adelaide for the past two years and have an excellent rental history.

We are clean, tidy, non-smokers, and enjoy a quiet lifestyle. We take pride in looking after our home, always pay our rent on time, and value open communication.

We are responsible, easy-going, and appreciate a peaceful and well-maintained living environment. We are looking for a private studio or self-contained accommodation and would treat your property with the same care and respect as our own.

As we’re currently based in Adelaide, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to arrange a video inspection before we relocate. If an in-person inspection is required, we can also organise someone to attend on our behalf.
