Hello potential flatmates!

I’m a former Interior Designer now going through a career change and studying towards a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
I have worked in architecture for the past decade, so you can rest assure that I will look after the property!

I am easy going and prefer a quiet household which is clean and tidy and where personal space is mutually respected. This is very important to me as I see my home as my sanctuary. I am also past the nightclubbing stage and much prefer a nice glass of wine or whiskey with my new housemates or with my friends out and about. I am a non smoker, and have a very active lifestyle. I don’t have any pets of my own, but I do volunteer at the Shenton Park Dog Refuge as I love dogs and they’re a big part of my life. As cute as they are, don’t worry, I won’t bring one home! But I’d be happy to live with some, and look after them too if needed!
Unfortunately not cats though-I am allergic :(

I work part time and I am very responsible.
I also have a car, so if parking is available that would be a big bonus.

My preferred area is around Subiaco and neighbouring areas due to distance to work, friends and school, but I am flexible.

Due to me being an international student, my budget is on the lower side ($200-$250). I understand this is low and may put you off, but I hope there is something out there for me :) UPDATE: I will finish school in August and will be able to work full time from then so my budget will increase as of then.

I am flexible with the move in date as well as furniture etc.
