Ashandri and Reet

Hello! My name is Ashandri (Ash) and I’m currently looking for a room to rent with my friend Reet.

We’re hoping to move in around the 14th of December, but we’re flexible and can move by the 18th if needed. We’re looking for a place in Perth for a couple of months, as we plan to secure our own apartment later. That said, if we find a place that suits us well, we’d be happy to stay longer. We’re also flexible with moving out any time before February 8th, as we’re temporarily staying with a lovely couple until then.

We’re both neat, tidy, and respectful, happy to help around the house, and generally keep to ourselves. We enjoy going to the gym and spending time outdoors. We’re both working part-time, and I’ve been consistently paying $500 per week in rent for the past 8 months, so we’re reliable with payments. We’re hoping to find something a bit more affordable and can do around $280 per person per week (or more if bills are included, we are flexible but really want to save up for a car).
