Hey I’m Toby, 23 year old German/American working as a commercial energy broker in the CBD. I WFH Wednesdays and Thursdays but am in the office all other days. I moved over in November and have been loving living in Sydney! :) Looking to find flatmates that equally love the Bondi lifestyle of being active, going for coffee and food and who want to keep a beautiful neat and tidy home together.

As a flatmate expect me to be neat, tidy respectful, considerate and keep the bathroom clean. We’re in this together and communication is important. I will get you to try my pasta! (you have no choice). I’d love flatmates that are a good mix between sociable but also understand boundaries and personal time. I’m someone that loves to have a gin tonic and a good chat but equally loves a quiet night with a movie and being in bed by 9pm.
