Hi, I’m Josh 27 from London. I’ve been living in Sydney now for 2 years where I have been renting in Bellevue Hill and now fancy a slight change of location.
Ideally I would like to move into the Bronte/ clovelly area but flexible if the place is right. I work 5 days a week as a carpenter. I’m a friendly person, who gets on with everyone I meet. Ideally I would like to find a housemate/ housemates who wants to chat and watch tv/ movies in the evening but also respect each other's chill time. I’m a non drinker but very active and like to get out to run clubs through the week, down the beach or a coastal walk and coffee on the weekends.
I’m a very wholesome activities type of person and would be great if my housemate/ housemates are similar.
I’m clean and tidy and have respect for the people I live with, to try and keep the house feel like home.

Ideally I would prefer to live with a girl/girls as this has been my current living arrangements for the past 2 years.
