Hi my name is Mitchell, I am 24 years old.
I am a pretty easy going person who likes my alone time, but also don’t mind a chat either. I’ve lived alone my whole life until now, so just know I’m very responsible with all aspects of living alone. I’m ideally looking for a place with my own bedroom, ensuite, and a car space (or at least, parking on the street that’s not metered or ticketed.

My current lease ends January 12 but I’ve already paid it off so I can move in asap.
My max budget says $600 but ideally I wanna stick around the $380-$500 mark.

I’m looking for someone to move in with who isn’t going to be up at 2am keeping me awake, or having their friends over at inappropriate times. I wake up at 5:30/6am every day for work and gym, so please don’t message me if you are a party house.
