Hi, my name is Andrew. im 44yo, Aussie, very clean ;tidy & good with paying bills on time. I'm respectful of others & their privacy as I also expect mine. i have references from current and prior landlords you can contact. I need to find either a 1 or 2 bedroom flat/unit or a separate section of a house would be good . Or a big empty unfurnished room big enough (4.5x4.5m) to fit a QS Bed, 3 seater couch, tv unit, clothes rack, bedside drawers etc.. I like the area of Bentleigh, Carnegie,Ormond , Oakleigh , Mt Waverley, Glen Waverley, ,vermont, Nunawading ,Forest Hill or other surrounding areas would also be considered. I have money for Bond and can pay several months rent in advance if this helps my application be approved.
