A little about my self

I look for a room that can fit a double or queen bed as well as a work/study desk - . I would prefer a furnished room with storage/built in cupboard and good sunlight coming in and somewhere in close proximity to public transport ,
If bills are not included can you provide the sum of other bills monthly paid?
Also it would be amazing if theirs ah storage space /garage .

I work as a massage therapist at a bathhouse, and wfh doing administration for an aged care company .. also I am a full time student .. so very packed weeks.

I practice yoga and teach as well (Health fanatic). I enjoy cooking plant based meals , hula hooping (dance background), I read a lot and try to spend my weekends outdoors as much as possible - the beach is my go to place. I have had experience in flat shares in the past which have been successful- I was raised to clean after myself and treat others as I would like to be treated . I respect people’s need for privacy as I am the same. I enjoy socializing and catching up if required .. as I don’t want to be a stranger - I view my flat mates as my family away from home and enjoy peaceful and clean environments where everyone helps where they can - and we all have mutual understanding of our responsibilities.
