Hey there! I’m Callum. I am 29 years old from the UK. I am looking to stay somewhere for 6+ months in the city or surrounding area of Perth, WA. I am relocating back to Perth from Brisbane in early September. I am looking for a House-Share preferably LGBTQ+🏳️‍🌈 but this is not a necessity. I am very flexible.

I am an easy going, social guy. I make friends easy and can talk to anyone. But I also love my own personal down time too, I value my peace. Privacy is very important to me. I am super quiet and respectful of other people’s personal space, but also great company and always up for a chat with a coffee or a cheeky glass of wine😀🍷☕️ I am currently employed in brisbane, QLD until September.

I am relocating back to Perth in early September. I am super clean and tidy, I’m all about clean-as-you-go. I hate when there’s loads of washing piling up and loads of dishes left out. I have lived in my own flat back in the UK and took great pride with cleaning it making it a home.

Things to know about me: I do not drive or own a car.🚫 Therefore accessibility to places, not being too far away from towns or cities that are accessible easily by public transport or bicycle are in the top priorities for me. Proximity to the beach is a bonus. I do not smoke. I am a big animal lover, so living with cats and/or dogs are not an issue.🐈🐕

My favourite hobbies are: Watching a good film, photography, going for walks by the beach, days out / weekends away, finding a cosy coffee shop or bar. I’m passionate about mixology, coffee, wine, art and Travel. If you’re looking for someone tidy, respectful, and enjoys to socialise I am here for that. 😁
