Hi, I'm Michael, a 48 y.o. male looking for a large furnished room with all bills included in the price and a stable & fast wi-fi connection for my online needs.
I need to move out of my current residence in the next two weeks, so I need to find a new place very soon. My budget is up to $300 per week, including bills. I prefer to live in the Eastern suburbs, around Mitcham, Nunawading, Ringwood, Blackburn or Box Hill.
I don't smoke, drink excessively or do any drugs.
I work full time in Mitcham & wish to remain fairly close to it in proximity, also due to my family and friends
My hobbies and interests include: reading, coffee, music, going to concerts, film photography, comedy, AFL, Formula 1, watching various sports, travelling, walking, sightseeing, catching up with my loved ones, supporting local cafes & lots of other stuff.
I'm looking for a longer term room rental (12+ months). I've resided at my current boarding for almost 2 years, and previous to that, 5 years.
I'm a clean and tidy, chilled and down to earth, friendly, kind, accepting of other's cultures, faiths and sexualities and am respectful of other's privacy. I also pay the rent on time.
House Vibes: Clean house and housemates, fairly modern, quiet (not a party house or extremely noisy), inclusive, friendly yet respectful of privacy.
