I work full time, keep pretty busy during the week, and spend a lot of my spare time at the gym, cooking, or just recharging at home. I’m clean, respectful, easy to live with and genuinely value a calm, tidy house environment.

Ideally looking for:
• Own bathroom
• Clean and well-kept home
• Respectful, considerate housemates
• Relaxed vibe, not a huge party house
