I work Fifo, usually on an 7/7 roster, unless I take time off, or to go traveling.

I’m a relaxed person to live with. I’m quiet and mostly keep to myself, but I’m also adapt at communication and will enjoy a friendly chat or cuppa with housemates here and there.

I’m tidy, considerate, respectful of other people’s space, belongings and routines (all that good stuff you want in a housemate).

I’d like to find a room in a house that’s comfortable and peaceful.

Ideally sharing with one or two others who work away from the home.

Off-street parking if preferred or at minimum a carport or back patio space to keep a motorcycle (mid-size motor, won’t wake the dead on starting. Can always push away from the house to start if you’re a shift worker etc).

And although wifi is handy, I prefer not to sleep it in (given I don’t have an option when on site), so a house where it’s switched off at night would be great.
No wifi at yours? Even better.

I don’t smoke or drink, but have no qualms if you do. Not wanting to share with anyone who smokes weed though.
