Hi, I’m Andy. I’m currently working and studying, and looking for a long term place in Melbourne.

I enjoy staying active — bouldering, running, and playing soccer — but I also value calm, relaxed moments like having a coffee, watching a movie, or sharing a good meal at home.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing. I like a peaceful and friendly home where everyone feels comfortable and communicates well. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and I’m used to sharing spaces responsibly.

I’ve shared houses before, so I understand how important it is to respect common areas, routines, and personal space.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place with easy parking access (off street parking would be great), but I’m open to options.
