Kay

Hi there! My names Kay! I’m a student and business owner - studying philosophy and cyber security whilst also running a business manufacturing testing kits for harm reduction! Also work in advocacy regarding drug law reform along with a research team and have been apart of notable achievements like working with the government to roll out new pill testing laws! Despite this I’m relatively sober, barely even drink, past my party days and am focused more on the gym these days! I’m also a local street artist in Newtown with many permission walls throughout Newtown and Enmore and many more to come!

I’m laid back, outgoing and friendly with roommates, yet still private. I’m also reasonably tidy, and with the exception of some music here and there generally quiet. I also don’t usually have people over unless they’re close friends or my partner, and in general I study and work from home - although I may be switching to on campus study too.

Finally I’m financially punctual, always make payments.

I’m looking to move out immediately so if you want a no headache tenant that’s ready to move in straight away please feel free to contact me with reference to this listing

Thanks heaps and I hope to hear from you soon!

Best
Kay
