Chengqing Zack Zhan

Hi! I am Chengqing “Zack” ZHAN and I am an international student studying Master of Social Work at Melbourne uni.
I am looking for a clean and comfy place to live in, preferably private room with own bathroom.

Tenancy experiences:
I currently share an apartment with my flatmate and my current lease ends around mid February 2026.

I have always paid my rent on time, respect boundaries and rules, and my housemates and I have been getting along well. References are available upon your request.

Reason for moving:
My current flatmate (also the landlord) plans to relocate and rent out the entire property so I have to vacate the place.

About me:
My family funds my tuitions, rents, and allowances.

I usually spend my time in my own room, either studying or chilling on my PC. I often cook my own meals at the kitchen and I always clean after myself. I’m happy and definitely will clean the common areas regularly.

I’m nocturnal and often stay up late so expect some minor noises such as me using the toilet at 3am ish. Tolerable unless you are a light sleeper.

No pets, no parties, usually no guests (will ask for your consent if someone is visiting me).

I do not smoke/drink/use substances.
