Im a 22 year old who has recently moved to Sydney to work with NSW Ambulance.

Currently looking for a private room in a share house, ideally between Marrickville, Surry hills, Leichhardt and Ashfield

💰Budget: $400/week - budget can be flexible if bills are included
🗓️Looking to find a place for 1st of Jan

A little about me:
🩺 I work full time as a paramedic and therefore work a rotating roster

📚I’m very much a home body and a book worm however still enjoy a cheeky drink here and there

👩‍❤️‍👨 I have a partner who would be coming to stay one weekend every month

🥖🥘I absolutely love to cook and bake so always expect some goodies when you get home

What I’m looking for:
- Private room with a wardrobe
- Female only household (negotiable)
- On/off street parking
- Open to pets as long as they don’t bark all day

I’m looking for a home rather than a place to sleep at night, ideally where everyone in the house gets along but also enjoys there alone time at the same time. Moving from my current place due to housemates being inconsiderate, so if you know you vacuum the house at 1am please don’t message me!
