Hello! I'm on the lookout for an affordable place in Brisbane to call home until my visa runs out mid October. I'm looking for something from now and I currently live on the sunshine coast.
I currently work as a disabled support worker during the week and at a brewery bar on weekends. although, I rarely drink myself.
I've lived in a semi-communal set ups for quite a while, so I'm generally down for a shared meal and a chat, while also being very respectful of personal space.
In the house, I love to bake and love a good Netflix binge and live music.
I'd prefer somewhere peaceful and low-key as I don't drink more than an occasional glass of wine at dinner. Definitely not a party animal.
I love a road trip and to be surrounded by nature. In the UK, I lived in my campervan that I built myself and I'm pretty creative, having studied makeup artistry and worked in the industry. I also love animals and had my own pet sitting business back home and I miss the fluffy company so so much.
I'm hoping to find somewhere peaceful, beachside or hinterland, as long as nature is close by, I don’t mind.
My budget is $200 max., including bills, and hoping for somewhere furnished too. My budget is the preferred amount but I'd reevaluate if needed, also If an unshared space is available I would consider that too.
I'm a quiet, respectful individual and if finding another housemate i'd appreciate the same; chatty, friendly but also respectful of each other’s boundaries and space.
Being considerate of others is a must.
