Hi! I’m Duncan, a 23-year-old working professional currently employed full-time. I’m responsible, reliable, and have a stable full-time income.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I like to keep my home organised and comfortable. Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, gaming, and catching up with friends. I’m generally pretty easygoing and quiet at home, while still enjoying a friendly chat with housemates when the opportunity comes up.

I’m looking for a clean, relaxed, and respectful household where everyone communicates well and values each other’s space. I always pay rent and bills on time, take pride in where I live, and am hoping to find a place I can call home long-term.
