I'm in the hunt of a room long term from November (flexible dates). Current lease not being renewed just because the owner is selling the house. Living with the same crew for two years now!

I'm currently working full time as a barista so i usually have very early shifts so at night I'm in bed quite early.
I've been living in shared houses for a while now so i im pretty chill, easy going, tidy and mindful about everyone's private space. I can provide references if needed

A little about me, Im from Argentina, 32 years old, im doing my WHV and I've been working as a barista for a few years now. Planning to stay long term so looking for something possibly long term.
