I'm looking for a private room to rent around Mermaid Beach, Miami, Robina, or nearby suburbs so I can be close to work. I would prefer long term stay, if that's a possibility and everything works out.

A little about me:
I work full-time in childcare Monday to Friday. I plan to work long term, where I'm currently employed.
I'm local to the Gold Coast, reliable and respectful. I keep shared spaces clean and tidy, always clean up after myself, and pay rent and bills on time (usually early).

I'm naturally more introverted, and also friendly and enjoy a chat anytime.
When living with others, I understand the importance of respecting other people's routines, personal space, and downtime.

Outside of work, I enjoy catching up with friends and family, trying new cafés and restaurants, watching movies, and preparing for the week ahead.
