Moved from Sydney with East Asia background.
Full time job + work in John hunter hospital as casual role, also small business owner ( commercial cleaning company ). Rent And maintain cleanness wouldn't be issue.
Morning shift And early riser, Besides work, I am pretty active person enjoy outdoor and ocean bath, no smoke,I dont drink alcohol at home(I wouldn't say no for craft beer, really good Gin&Tonic, whisky occasionally with housemate or music)
Would like to have quiet space at home,I hate party house, ideally live with somebody share same value that tidy, friendly, respect each other boudring, hopefully have same routine that early riser Enjoy outdoor and beach Day.
