I’m looking for a chill and clean home to move into around the 20th to 26th of July for about 4 months. I’m a medical student so I’m usually busy studying during the week but I also enjoy surfing, gym & sprinting, and the beach. I work casually as a lifeguard.

I love socialising and a party every now and then but not looking for a party house. I’m very clean, organised, and have 5 years experience living in share houses.

I’m looking for rent under $300 but the lower the better. Private room only.
