Late thirties, currently residing in Maylands.

Looking for long term. Don’t smoke, not a heavy drinker but don’t mind if you do either.

Air conditioning, wifi, furnished or unfinished room, private bathroom and wardrobe space. Close to public transport. Don’t need car space

Am friendly, easy to get along with, clean, quiet, respectful and sociable. Have lived in shared accomodation for a while now so not new to this space ☺️

More than happy to chat, hang out, share a meal and have a laugh whilst also respecting others space, reading the room and privacy as I enjoy and appreciate my own time. ☺️

Work Monday to Friday close to CBD and like to chill during the week.

My weekends are usually walks or jogs around the river, catching up with friends, cafes and people watching, meal prepping, cooking, chilling out, watching a movie or listening to podcast/reading.

Looking at CBD, Mt Lawley, Inglewood, West Perth, Leederville, Subiaco, suburbs close to CBD etc ideally by mid January
