Hey there! Needing to find somewhere as soon as possible. Late thirties, currently residing in Maylands.

Looking for long term. Don’t smoke, hardly drink but don’t mind if you do either.

Am friendly, easy to get along with, clean, quiet, respectful of others space, belongings. Have lived in shared accomodation for a while now so not new to this space ☺️

More than happy to chat, hang out, share a meal and have a laugh whilst also respecting others space, reading the room and privacy as I enjoy and appreciate my own time. ☺️

Work Monday to Friday close to CBD and like to chill during the week.

My weekends are usually walks or jogs around the river, catching up with a friend, meal prepping, chilling out, watching a movie or listening to podcast/reading.
