Looking for long term. Am friendly, easy to get along with, tidy, quiet, respectful of others space, belongings. Have lived in shared accomodation for a while now so not new to this space ☺️

More than happy to chat, hang out, have a laugh whilst also respecting others space, reading the room and privacy as I enjoy and appreciate my own time

Don’t smoke, hardly drink but don’t mind if you do either. Air con in room/off street parking/own bathroom preferably but open to share with one other

Work Monday to Friday just outside of CBD and like to chill during the week after work, walk/run and I’m not a night owl 🦉 Sleep with ear plugs in 😴

My weekends are usually walks/jogs, catching up with a friend, meal prepping, beach, chilling out, watching a movie/sport, sauna/floats or listening to podcast/reading

CBD, Mt Lawley, Maylands, Inglewood, Dianella, West Perth, East Perth, Leederville, Subiaco, Claremont, City Beach, Scarborough, Innaloo suburbs close to CBD. Thanks and may the rest of the year be kind to you 😎
