Am friendly, easy to get along with, tidy, respectful of others privacy, space, belongings. Have lived in shared accomodation for a while now so not new to this space ☺️

- Air con in room, street parking/own bathroom preferably but open to share with one other

More than happy to be social, always up for a laugh and a chat whilst also respecting others space, reading the room as I enjoy and appreciate my own time

Work Mon - Fri just outside of CBD. Non for profit organisation: Head office - Aged Care provider.
Weekdays - after work walk/run, chill on the couch
Weekends - walks/jogs, catching up with a friend, meal prep, cafe, beach, chill on the couch watch movie, netflix, sports, sauna/floats or listen to podcast/read

CBD, Mt Lawley, Maylands, Inglewood, Dianella, Bedford, West Perth, East Perth, South Perth, Osborne Park, Leederville, Lathlain, Rivervale, Carlisle, Subiaco, Floreat, Nedlands, Wembley, Claremont, City Beach, Scarborough, Innaloo suburbs close to CBD.
