I'm 46, and work full-time as a Solar consultant. My employer’s office is in North Lakes but I’m predominantly engaged with attending in-person appointments typically in Brisbane North or to a lesser extent Sunshine Coast.

I love to research a variety of interests. Used to be relatively active in music scene but not so much at all these days. I’ve moved back to Brisbane from Northern NSW where rock fishing was my main leisure activity, so I welcome any opp to chase pelagics when possible (generally back down in Northern NSW).

I have all my furniture in storage at moment, but flexible with what works best in house. I like to cook. I trade US markets at times (SPX options), and have worked in finance/managed funds in prior years.

My ideal house is spacious 3/4 bedroom, and just sharing rent with one other person, a relaxed environment, well-balanced etc. The 3/4 bedroom properties with good layout and plenty of spaces, minimum two bathrooms are much better value and more generous in terms of space (I was looking for a place for just myself). Potentially wanting to team-up if right property and housemate can be found.
