30+ F, recently moved to Perth (April 2025). Currently living in Canning Vale and happy with my place, but I’m casually keeping an eye out for options closer to my workplace at Garden City, Booragoon — mainly because I’m not great with time management and would love a shorter, more predictable commute.

I work full-time as a remedial massage therapist, with stable hours. I’m tidy, hygiene-conscious, and prefer a home where everyone respects each other’s space and keeps common areas clean. I like a peaceful environment with flatmates who have a fairly regular routine.

Lifestyle
I enjoy cooking and baking simple meals (nothing heavy or messy), hiking, exploring op shops, and checking out new food places. I’m social and happy to have a chat, but I also value privacy and quiet time.

What I’m looking for
Not in a rush to move, but ideally a place that’s closer to Booragoon, with tidy flatmates, good hygiene standards, and a respectful, calm household vibe.
