Hello, I’m Ayane!

I’m a 27-year-old from Japan, currently in Australia on a working holiday visa.

I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful place around my preferred areas:

- Woolloongabba (ideally)
- South Brisbane (ideally)
- Kangaroo Point
- West End
- Highgate Hill

I’m hoping to move in on 31th August. I’m planning to stay for at least 3 months, and if it’s a good fit, I’d love to stay until around July next year (approximately 10 months).

I currently work at a cafe and have stable income to pay rent. I’m tidy, respectful, quiet, and easy to live with. I’m not a party person, so I prefer a calm and relaxed home environment. I value personal space and always try to be considerate of the people I live with.

I also have hospitality and housekeeping experience in Australia, so keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable is important to me.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, going to the beach, spending time with animals, having picnics, travelling, reading, crocheting, and relaxing at home.
