Hi there🌼

I’m looking for a place to call home from early January - short or long term. Ideally a one-bedroom apartment (a little balcony or outdoor area dream would be amazing 🌿), but I’m also open to flatshares!
I’m ideally searching around Bronte, Bondi, Tamarama, Waverley, Coogee, Centennial Park, Rose Bay or Double Bay but open to nearby areas too.

A bit about me:
I’m a 28-year-old German woman, living on and off in Australia since 2017. I’m studying Psychology (currently working on my degree) and working part-time as well. I’m very friendly, calm and easygoing - someone who loves a serene, tidy and cozy space.
I enjoy yoga (and sometimes teach it), early morning runs, ocean swims, reading and cooking healthy meals. I also used to work as a dive instructor, so the sea is absolutely my happy place. I don’t party much but I love connecting with people. I’m also very happy to help with plants or pets too! 🐾🌱
At home, I deeply value quiet moments, balance and a warm atmosphere - a sanctuary where the soul can breathe and recharge.
