Hey! I’m Eva, 26, originally from Taiwan.
I’m currently in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa. I previously worked as a product designer in Brisbane, and I’m now working at a fine dining restaurant in Townsville.
I’m planning to move to Melbourne around 1 August and expect to stay for around a year. My budget is approximately $160–$220 per week, and I’m looking for a clean, comfortable and stable place to call home.
I’m open to living close to the CBD or a little further out, as long as there is convenient access to public transport. I’m especially drawn to quiet, leafy neighbourhoods close to parks, walking trails or the river.
I’m quiet, clean, respectful and easy-going. I’m always happy to do my part to keep shared areas tidy, and I’m considerate of other people’s routines, privacy and personal space. I don’t smoke and I don’t have any pets.
In my spare time, I enjoy design, art, movies, nature walks and exploring new cafés and neighbourhoods. I also enjoy cooking and would love to try making some new dishes after moving to Melbourne—although I can’t promise every experiment will be successful!
I’d love to live with friendly and respectful people who are happy to occasionally chat, share a meal or explore Melbourne together, while also being comfortable doing their own thing.
Please feel free to send me a message if you think I might be a good fit for your home!
