Hi! I’m Emmet, I’m 26 and I’m looking for a place to stay around the eastern suburbs with good transport into the CBD. Originally from Ireland, I’ve been living in Sydney for 3 months now and love it so far. I’m clean, respectful, and enjoy a good balance of socialising and personal time.

- I work as a business consultant in the CBD (usually 2-3 days in the office) 🧑‍💻
- I enjoy a healthy lifestyle and exercise most days 🏃‍♂️
- I also love travelling (I did 7 months around Asia before coming to Australia!) 🛫
- I’m friendly and easy-going, and enjoy going out for a drink or two at the weekends ✌️

- Location: eastern suburbs (ideally Clovelly!)
- Room: space for a desk and double/queen-sized bed
- Budget: up to $500 inc. bills
- Flatmates: up to 3 responsible individuals who enjoy a relaxed and tidy environment
- Move-in: 27 February (or very close to)
