Hi! 👋

I’m Francisca (she/her), I’m a 33 year old queer woman from Chile. I’ve been living in Melbourne for around a year and a half and I’m now looking for a long-term place to make my home :)

A little bit about me:

I’m an introvert-extrovert, I am social, but I also love my downtime to recharge. I enjoy exploring the city and experiencing new things in Naarm. I’m a very artistic soul, I’m active love being outside, playing sports, bike riding and dancing. In my free time I like watching movies, listening to music, writing, reading and making collages. I’m working and studying project management.

I really value a connected cozy home, communication, cleanliness, respecting personal spaces and making sure everyone feels comfortable. I’ve lived in share houses for over 6 years in Australia and overseas and I’m very used to sharing spaces. I’m looking for a good balance between a social house, I like sharing a glass of wine, watching movies together and catching up as well as having my down time.

I’m looking for a long-term room in an LGBTQIA+-friendly home, ideally in Brunswick, Carlton, Collingwood or Abbotsford, close to a train station. My budget is around $300–360 per week. Ideally furnished, but not necessarily — I’m flexible.
