Hi!

My name is Carl - I’ve been in Sydney for a year now and looking for a new place as my lease is up! As the photo says - chill and respectful !

I was born in France but raised in London, and I'm a 27 year old man.

In terms of interests - really big into music, art and literature. I work a regular job in the week so always keen to unwind on weekends through going out to gigs/DJs, sport, or visiting galleries/record stores. I’m always planning little weekend City breaks or longer holidays, or even trips to new places in a city, and always looking for a pal to do these with!

I've done a lot of solo travelling which means I'm both very sociable and outgoing, while also used to being independent and spending time with myself. Always keen to make new friends in this foreign city I don't yet know, but I can also look after myself!

Have lived in various flatshares since I was 18 so pretty used to it by now. Quite a heavy sleeper so don't mind too much noise, but I would like flatmates who are similarly into cleanliness! Need Internet, would ideally like a place with washing machine/dryer, and AC would be nice. Will be in the office a lot but need to be able to WfH in my room if needed.

Am obviously LGBTQ+ friendly etc :)
