Hi, my name is Noboni. I’m from Bangladesh. I’m a 28 year old female. International student at Edith Cowan University, Joondalup campus. I’m looking for a furnished bedroom with split air conditioner, both room and bathroom heater, cupboard and study table with shared kitchen space, kitchenette, washing machine, and near the train station. I don’t mind travelling 30/40 mins by train to Joondalup. I would prefer a smoking room or any smoking area around if smoking is not allowed in the room. Minimum stay 6-7 months. Can extend if both sides agree.
