✨ 31F looking for a beautiful place to call home, Kingscliff → Palm Beach ✨

I’m looking for either a private, unfurnished room or granny flat anywhere between Kingscliff and Palm Beach, ideally with housemates around 27–39.

I’m not in a huge rush my current move out date is February 2027, so I’m hoping to find the right place and people rather than simply finding somewhere quickly. That said, I’m flexible and open to moving anytime between now and then for the right fit. 🤍

I’ve called the Gold Coast / Northern Rivers home for the past six years. I lived in share houses from 19–26 and have spent the last few years living solo, so I know how to create a home that feels happy, respectful and comfortable.

I’m clean, considerate and appreciate a home that’s kept that way. I don’t smoke and very rarely drink, but I’m definitely social and love good conversation, connection, dinners, laughs and getting to know the people I live with. I like to bake a weekly treat coconut/ dark chocolate banana bread so more than happy to share that around ! I also really value my downtime and having space to recharge.

Home is a big part of feeling grounded for me, so I’m looking for like-minded people who care about the energy and atmosphere of their home. Ideally somewhere light filled and airy, with calm, positive energy where housemates can enjoy a friendship and connection while also respecting each other’s independence and personal space.

Outside of home, I work two jobs and study Kinesiology, so my weeks are pretty full. I’m independent, responsible and generally pretty easygoing.
