I am a current Law student at the Australian National University and I work part-time as a paralegal, as well as part time as an Cafe/waitress at the Midnight Hotel. I am seeking a stable, well-maintained home where I can focus on my studies, maintain my work commitments and contribute positively to the surrounding community.
Since moving to Canberra, I have consistently maintained steady employment. Before my current roles, I worked full time in real estate. This experience gave me a strong understanding of what owners and property managers look for in a good tenant: reliability, clear communication, cleanliness, and respect for the property and neighbours. I appreciate the importance of paying rent on time, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and keeping a property well presented and in good condition.
My work as a paralegal has further strengthened my attention to detail, sense of responsibility and respect for rules and deadlines. Outside of work and study, I am a considerate and community-minded person. I volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House charity in my spare time, supporting families during challenging periods.
Overall, I am a hardworking individual who is committed to my studies, my employment and my community. With my background in real estate, I understand the responsibility that comes with being a tenant and I take that responsibility seriously. I would be grateful for the opportunity to settle in Canberra, and continue building my career and future here. I am happy to provide any further documentation you may require, including proof of income, identification, and references from employers or previous landlords.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
