Hi everyone,

I’m currently living in Woodvale, but I’m looking to move closer to Carlisle for work reasons.

I’m an Italian guy, Australian citizen by descent, 35 years old, and I’m looking for a private room in a shared house with other housemates (preferably not living with the owner).

I’m looking for a quiet area with parking available, and I’d like to stay for a minimum of 7–8 months.

I’m available to move in immediately.

A little about me: I’m very tidy, respectful, easygoing, and I like keeping shared spaces clean and organised while also respecting everyone’s privacy and personal space.

I’d like everything to be handled clearly and transparently, with a written agreement to protect both myself and the landlord/housemates.

If the place sounds suitable, I’m ready to organise an inspection and secure the room quickly.
