I’m currently in Brisbane, but I’ll be arriving in Perth on April 3rd.

I’m an Italian, Australian citizen by descent, 35 years old, and I’m looking for a private room in the Joondalup area for a minimum stay of 6/7 months.

I’m a very tidy and easygoing person. I like my space, I’m tidy, clean, and respectful of other people and shared areas.

I’m trying to organise everything before arriving because I’d prefer to avoid staying in hostels. If there’s a suitable place for me, I have a trusted person who can inspect the house on my behalf. If everything looks good, I’m ready to pay the bond to secure the room.

I’d also like everything to be handled clearly and transparently, with a written agreement to protect both myself and the landlord.
