My name is Thibault Caruana, I run my own business teaching martial arts full-time. I lead a disciplined and organised lifestyle, influenced by my profession. I prioritize keeping my home clean and tidy and always pay rent and bills early. I live a quiet lifestyle, focusing on health and fitness—I don’t drink or party. I also have a well-behaved 10-month-old English Cocker Spaniel named Grizzly, who is part of my family. I can assure you I will be a responsible and respectful tenant!

I’m looking for a central location as I work all over the Gold Coast, and somewhere that will allow me to have Grizzly along with me in my room and a backyard she can play in.
