Hi! We are Niki and Andrea, an Italian married couple, 37 and 38 years old, currently looking for a place to rent, a room with its own bathroom . We are both clean, respectful, and quiet people who value a peaceful and tidy home environment. We are responsible tenants, and taking great care of the property as if it were our own.

We love animals, and we enjoy a calm lifestyle. We are easy-going, friendly, and used to living with others in shared environments while always being considerate of others’ space and privacy.
