Fernanda and Thiago

Me and my partner are looking for a place for January with intention of stay at least 6 months.
I’m 30 yo, and I’m working here as a barista, so I sleep and wake up early. I like to read, and handcraft hobbies.
My partner, Thiago is 34, and he works from home at night to his company overseas. He likes to surf and loves outdoor activities.
We are very quiet, clean and organised, don’t have parties at home, but could received a friend or 2 on the weekends for a dinner, but we will respect if the house rules don’t allow that.
We’ve been living in Gold Coast for over a year sharing apartment with another couple in Tugun.
No pets, only one car but we are okay to park in the street.
