Looking for
- furnished or unfurnished room
- female-only home (children are fine)
- off-street parking (preferred)
- home with a bathtub
- no wifi (or it is used minimally and switched off overnight)
- prefer sharing with a woman who does not have a partner, or who is gay
- no apartments or units with common-share walls (this is to minimise wifi exposure from surrounding dwellings)
- preference given to home with a garden (no to anywhere that uses round up or other pesticides)
About me:
- quiet, introspective person but also friendly
- tidy and respectful of other people’s space and belongings
- value alone time so not looking to share with someone who works from home/is retired etc.
- do not cook much, and rarely watch TV. As such, I have a fairly minimal impact on communal living spaces
- interests include astrology/metaphysics, meditation, “alternative” health

I am flexible with rental amount provided it’s congruent with what I’m looking for.
