Rental amount is flexible for a dwelling that meets what I’m looking for

Looking for
- female only home
- off-street parking (preferred)
- home with a bathtub (preferred)
- no wifi (or it is used minimally and switched off overnight)
- no apartments or units with common-share walls (this is to minimise wifi exposure from surrounding dwellings)
- preference given to home with a garden (no to anywhere that uses round up or other pesticides)
- share with someone who doesn’t work from home

About me:
- lesbian
- quiet but friendly, up-for-a-chat here and there
- tidy and respectful of other people’s space and belongings
- don’t cook much, hardly watch tv so minimal impact on communal spaces
