I'm a 29 year-old male who works full time. I enjoy coming home to a clean and organized space where I can relax after a long day. As a non-smoker, no alcohol or drugs, with no pets or kids, I value peace and quiet in my home. I'm looking for a self sustained granny flat, master bedroom with ensuite or a room with private bathroom, somewhere on the southside as I work in Stapylton. I currently live in Carindale with family, can provide a reference and have bond ready. Preferably I'd like to move in somewhere furnished with a mattress, but other furnishings aren't an issue.
