Monroe and Carlos

Hi there!
We're a dynamic duo looking to relocate to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast for future study and employment opportunities. Both of us currently receive benefits from Centrelink including rent assistance and can't wait to get down to Brisbane and find some great jobs. (We've already started applying but aren't getting any offers due to the fact we still live on the Sunshine Coast). Carlos is also currently working part-time in the hospitality industry.
We have a small group of friends we game with and usually go exploring together. Monroe want's to study game design/creation and Carlos is interested in digital model design.
We enjoy helping to keep the house clean and making sure all our roommates are comfortable and happy. Some clear rules and expectations would be a great to help us get settled in, and getting a run down of how the house is organised and what the usual routines are would be appreciated greatly.
