I'm Abe, a financial advisor with a busy work schedule. Outside of work I enjoy basketball and racquet sports, music, and exploring the local food and café scene.

I'm looking for a quiet room in a location that brings together a few things that matter to me:

🚆 Close to a Train Station
🚶 Easy access to Caulfield and Caulfield Park
🚗 Off-street or easy street parking, and a short drive to either MSAC or Glen Eira Rec.

The home:
💻 Suitable for working from home 2 days a week, with reliable internet (ideally NBN)
🛏️ Furnished bedroom with a desk (or space for one)
📅 Move-in: mid-October 2026
💰 Budget: $375 per week including bills

I'm clean, respectful and easy-going, and I'd love a place with a good balance of quiet time and shared living.
