Our names are Emily and Gio, and we’re a young couple (22 & 23) currently looking for a place to call our own. ideally around $620 a week and somewhere close to Surfers paradise / Broadbeach or similar , as we both work locally.
We both work full-time night shifts cleaning at a major shopping centre on the Gold Coast, so we have stable employment and consistent income – because of this, you can rely on us to keep a clean environment as well !
We’re very reliable with rent and take pride in being responsible tenants.
We’ve been living in our current rental for the past few months, but we’re now looking for something a little more private — ideally a place with our own bathroom or a space that feels more independent!
We’re clean, respectful, and easy-going people who enjoy music, going out occasionally, and relaxing at home. Because we work night shifts, we tend to keep a fairly quiet routine and are very mindful of our living environment!
We value a tidy, comfortable space and always treat areas with care!
